  • Peel off the skin and add it to the blender.
  • Now add 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp of condensed milk.
  • Finally, add sugar(if needed).
  • Blend it till it becomes smooth.
  • Your dragon fruit smoothie is ready.
Best time to drink:-

It is advised to take these types of smoothies in the morning.

Is there any side effects consuming dragon fruit?

There are no side effects of consuming dragon fruit. 

But, consuming more can result in diarrhea.
