- Peel the potatoes and grate them.

- Now add cumin powder, paprika powder, and onion powder and saute it for 2-3 min.
- At last, add 30 gm of lean turkey ham.

- 1 cups of wheat flour
- 100 gm of greek yogurt
- 100 gm of blueberries.
- Add 2 eggs, low-fat milk, water, olive oil, salt, and wheat flour to the bowl.
- Beat them together to form batter-like consistency.
- Take one cup of batter and pour it on the pan.
- Flip it up when it turns out to slightly brown colour.
- At last, add plain greek yogurt and blueberries.
- Roll it up and enjoy your breakfast!
