HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES FOR WEIGHT LOSS:-

POTATO WITH EGG:-



INGREDIENTS:-
  • 200 gm of potato
  • 1/4 cup of green peas
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 gm of lean turkey ham
PROCEDURE:-
  • Peel the potatoes and grate them.
  • Place the pan, add olive oil, and grated potatoes.
  • Add green peas.
  • Add required amount of salt&pepper.
  • Now add cumin powder, paprika powder, and onion powder and saute it for 2-3 min.
  • At last, add 30 gm of lean turkey ham.
  • Along with this eat 2 fully boiled or half boiled eggs.

PANCAKE WITH GREEK YOGURT& BLUEBERRIES:-



INGREDIENTS:-
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cups of wheat flour
  • 100 gm of greek yogurt
  • 100 gm of blueberries.
PROCEDURE:-
  • Add 2 eggs, low-fat milk, water, olive oil, salt, and wheat flour to the bowl.
  • Beat them together to form batter-like consistency.
  • Take one cup of batter and pour it on the pan.
  • Flip it up when it turns out to slightly brown colour.
  • At last, add plain greek yogurt and blueberries.
  • Roll it up and enjoy your breakfast!

BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:-




INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
PROCEDURE:-
  • Add 1 cup of almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, rolled oats in a blender, and blend it finally.
  • Now add frozen blueberries and strawberries and blend them.
  • Serve it in a glass!

Protein - 24 g
