HABITS TO GET RELIEVED FROM FATIGUE:-

Feeling tired is a common factor for everyone. But some of us stay tired all time which makes us feel low and irritated.

This is also termed fatigue which means tiredness or lack of energy.

Let's see some of the causes and remedies for fatigue,

WHAT CAUSES FATIGUE?

Fatigue may be caused due to both internal and external factors.

INTERNAL FACTOR:-

Internal factor refers to mental stress which may be caused due to health issues, financial issues, etc.

When you are stressed you feel low which automatically makes your body feel tired.

EXTERNAL FACTOR:-

External factor refers to any other medical conditions which cause fatigue.

Medical conditions like,
  • Anemia
  • Cold and flu
  • Diabetes
  • Insomnia
These are the some of medical conditions that may be the reason for fatigue.

SOME HABITS THAT RESULTS IN FATIGUE:-

1.LACK OF SLEEP:-

Lack of sleep has a major impact on both physical and mental health.

Staying up all night without sleep affects your daily routine. The next day you will feel totally exhausted which affects your work.

2.NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER:-

Not drinking enough water causes dehydration which results in tiredness.

When our body doesn't have enough water our blood becomes thicker. When blood becomes thicker heart cannot work effectively.

Hence oxygen and nutrients are not fully supplied throughout the body resulting in tiredness and lack of energy.

3.IRON DEFICIENCY:-

Iron deficiency is also one of the important reasons for fatigue.

Without enough iron, our body's hemoglobin content reduces which reduces the oxygen supply throughout the body.

This results in tiredness and shortness of breath.

FOODS THAT IMPROVES YOUR ENERGY:-

BANANA:-



Bananas are rich in potassium, vitamin B6, fiber, and carbs. They contain a large amount of natural sugar which helps in an immediate boost of energy.

SWEET POTATOES:-






Sweet potatoes are packed with complex carbs. These complex carbs when broken forms glucose which gives us instant energy.

A 100 gm serving of sweet potato contains 25 grams of complex carbs.

COFFEE:-


Coffee contains a stimulant called caffeine which makes you feel less tired. Caffeine is absorbed in our bloodstream and travels to the brain which helps in improving mood.

But overconsumption of coffee increases the caffeine content in the blood which causes fatigue.

Over 400 mg of caffeine content in the blood may cause ill effects.

Feeling tired may not be a big problem for many of us. But some people may be affected by fatigue due to many reasons.
